What is the return policy?
Our 1-year money-back guarantee gives you 365 days from delivery to request an eligible unused return. Items must be undamaged, in their original packaging, with all parts and proof of purchase. Return postage is customer-paid. Email support@ethantoyset.com before sending anything back. Read the complete return and refund terms. Your rights for faulty or incorrect goods are unaffected.
Are any purchases final sale?
Sale items follow the same 1-year eligible-return terms as other physical products. Gift cards, if offered, are non-refundable except where required by law. Refunds reflect the amount actually paid. See the full policy.
When will I get my order?
Standard shipping has an estimated transit time of 5–7 business days after dispatch to the USA, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, Germany and France. You’ll receive tracking information when your order ships. Delivery estimates may vary with carrier or customs delays.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is free to the USA, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, Germany and France. We currently ship only to these six countries. Any applicable taxes or duties are separate from the free shipping rate.
