Give them their own place to decorate while the family gets ready for the holidays. Choose an ornament, find a spot, and change the design whenever the next idea arrives.
The flat felt tree creates a festive activity on a wall or door, without taking up the floor space of a full-size tree.
Hands-on holiday play
Which color comes next? Where should the star go? Decorating gives you simple chances to name colors, compare shapes, count ornaments, and take turns.
Let your child choose the arrangement. These are play ideas to enjoy together, rather than promises about developmental results.
Arrange · Explore · Repeat
Try a row of matching colors, tell a story about a decoration, or begin again with a different pattern. Rearranging is part of the activity, so the first design does not have to be the last.
The supplier diagram shows a flat tree approximately 1 metre tall. An adult sets it up on a suitable wall or door before decorating.
Together is the best part
Take turns choosing the next decoration. Talk about the colors and shapes, and let their design lead the way.
A quiet afternoon, a visit from grandparents, or a little time together before the festivities: keep the activity simple and follow their pace.
The supplier lists the tree at approximately 1 metre tall. It is a flat felt wall-hanging decoration, not a freestanding Christmas tree. Photos include room styling props that are not part of the set.
The selected supplier version is PB–32pcs with 5 m lights: one felt tree, a 32-piece ornament set, and 5-metre string lights. The supplier instructions list a hanging rope and battery-powered light case. Batteries are not included; check the case for the correct battery type before use. Not suitable under 3 years; adult supervision required.
An adult should set up the tree and supervise the activity. Keep lights and cords out of children’s reach and follow any instructions supplied with the item. Inspect pieces before use.
